The first and most important thing I want to share with you is: if you are in trouble, and can manage to grab a phone, just dial 911. You don't have to say a word, just lay the phone down, (if possible, out of sight.) The police will have your address, and be able to hear what is going on. I learned this one from experience,... I just barely had time to dial 911 and lay it down.
Also, if you need to, until I get a "Quick Escape" button on my computer, top right hand side of you computer is an x sign, this wiil instantly get the screen clear.

This is for anyone who has ever felt beaten down, there is hope. There is a strength inside of all of us,and when you think you can't go on, say a prayer, and dig down deep and you will find what you need.
It is not optional, otherwise you have let him, and them win. |
